The product range includes poultry, meat, chilled, frozen, grocery and non food items, offering our customers access to over 10,000 products built around a core of locally produced products. We are unique in the foodservice market as we own and control the sourcing of our poultry, meat and sauce products.

With many of Ireland's leading restaurants, hospitals, schools, and hotel groups among their customers, Crossgar Foodservice are set to continue being a 'one stop shop' for the Irish catering industry.

Established in 1959 by Gerald Bell, Crossgar Poultry is committed to providing an extensive range of quality, locally produced products. Our experienced team have worked hard over the years to build the Crossgar brand and retain our position as the leading poultry supplier to the Foodservice market.

Our customers benefit from our continual support of local produce. The adage "We are what we eat" may also be applied to chicken. Our customers want a product which is fresh, safe, succulent and nutritious. We endeavour to supply such a product by having contracted growers to rear slow growing chickens in purpose built reduced density houses using carefully chosen non GM feed.

Our factory in Crossgar is accredited to the British Retail Consortium Standard (BRC). This is a nationally recognised accreditation used by all major suppliers and ensures that the HACCP, quality management, factory environment standards and production process controls are adhered to.

Crossgar Meats, established for over 25 years, produce only the finest quality meat products for the foodservice market in Ireland.

Our new state of the art factory ensures the highest quality products are produced in this modern facility. Our ethos of full traceability extends beyond the meat itself to the rearing of all animals. Crossgar Meats is accredited to the BRC standard.

Crossgar Meats launched the unique Dexter Beef range in January 2009.  Dexter Cattle are a Traditional Irish Breed and their existence was first recorded in Ireland in 1776.  Dexter Cattle by nature don't lend themselves to large scale commercial beef operations.  They are traditionally grown in small herds across Ireland and therefore are difficult to source.  In order to ensure a consistent supply for our customers we have signed an exclusive deal with The Dexter Society in Ireland.

For over twenty years the team at Crossgar Sauces have been developing sauces, dips, dressings, marinades and mayonnaise for every occasion, whether it is packed in small tubs, buckets or bulk.

Crossgar Sauces use natural ingredients and is British Retail Consortium Accredited.
