Great Taste Award Winning Produce From Crossgar Foodservice!

Since launching in 2009, our exclusive "Provenance Collection" has been awarded a total of 17 Great Taste Award Stars. The most recent being awarded in 2012 for four of our locally sourced meat products; Gloucester Old Spot Pork Sausages with Black Pepper, Gloucester Old Spot Rack of Pork French Trim, Dorset Lamb Sirloin and Crossgar Dry Aged Rib Eye.

Here at Crossgar Foodservice, as well as supplying a wide range of national brands, we feel we have something a little more unique to offer our customers. Understanding the importance of locally produced and farmed products that can be traced from farm to fork, we can supply a range of meat and poultry from our network of local farmers and our own Lissara Farm including our Free Range Corn Fed Duck which won three gold stars at the 2009 Great Taste Awards; the highest award achievable.

We also supply rare breed beef including Dexter and Irish Moiled, Dorset Lamb, Gloucester Old Spot and Lissara Farm Free Range Corn Fed Chicken.
